How we met? Everyone already knows. But if someone told us back in 2014 that one day we’d get married, we would’ve laughed so hard. A friendship that somehow became the most fun and beautiful love story. The kind of love that’s so... us.
We’ve been through it all. Silly jokes, late-night talks, random adventures, and those “this is life” moments that mean the most.
One day, we realized—this isn’t just friendship anymore. This is forever.
And now here we are, planning a wedding. It feels so strange to say it. I have no idea how to be a bride and not a photographer, but here we go...
This wedding is about us, but also about all of you—our people, who’ve been part of our journey. On August 16th, 2025, let’s come together to celebrate love, friendship, and family. Let’s make memories we’ll always keep with us.

What You Need to Know
When:
August 16th, 2025
Where:
Birkebakken 6, 4773 Stensved
Ceremony:
We’ll have a Viking Ceremony and a civil one—starting around 3-4 PM. Arrive 30 minutes early to grab a drink, enjoy some snacks, and settle in. The ceremonies will be short and sweet, about 30 minutes in total.
After the Ceremony:
We’ll kick off with a small reception—think drinks, snacks, music, and plenty of good vibes. We’ll catch up, take some pictures, and soak it all in before dinner.
Dinner:
We’re keeping it simple and intimate—just us and the people we love most. Speeches are welcome (no pressure), and we’ll figure out the exact details closer to the day.
Party Time:
After dinner, it’s time to celebrate with dancing and laughter. Bring your energy because we plan to keep the party going late!
What to Wear:
Think fancy garden wedding or cocktail attire—whatever makes you feel great and fits the vibe. Comfortable shoes are a good idea since we’ll be outdoors (and dancing).
FAQs
When should I book my tickets if I’m flying in? - for the family coming from Romania
We’d love to have you here for the whole weekend, from
Friday, August 15th, to Monday, August 18th.
That way, we’ll have more time to relax, hang out, and enjoy each other’s company. Flights are usually best to book around spring 2025—you’ll get better prices then.
What shall we wear?
This is a garden wedding, so think fancy but comfortable.
Cocktail attire works great—just keep in mind we’ll be outdoors, so maybe skip the stilettos.
Bring a layer for the evening, as it might get a little chilly (THIS IS A MUST, DON’T PLAY WITH THE DANISH SUMMER NIGHTS)
Where should I stay?
Hotel Kong Valdemar (Vordingborg): A cozy hotel about 15 minutes from the venue.
Danhostel Vordingborg: Simple and budget-friendly, great for families or small groups.
Hotel Kirstine (Næstved): A little further (30 minutes), but super charming and comfortable.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
No problem at all—just let us know by July 1st, 2025, and we’ll make sure there’s something delicious for you.
How do I get to you?
By Car: Just pop Birkebakken 6, 4773 Stensved into Google Maps, and you’re good to go. There’s plenty of parking on-site.
By Taxi from Vordingborg: Call Dantaxi (+45 48 48 48 48) or book through their app—it’s super easy to use.
Need help with transport? If you’re staying nearby, let us know—we’ll help figure out carpooling or a ride. we have the bus station just behind the house
